Choose the area to cover, where feedback is collected from, and where findings are delivered. About ten minutes.

Write a topic that states clearly what belongs to it and what does not, so that the findings you receive are about the experience you chose.

Collect feedback from the Slack channels where it is written, by your customers or by the people who talk to them. About five minutes.

Collect what customers write in your Intercom conversations. About five minutes.
